Pets are near and dear to so many. They are the friends who love us every day without waiver, and have stood by our sides through it all. We include them as part of the family because they are! The Splashpaw Foundation, Inc.™ was founded to assist and improve the research, treatment, and care of children and pets in our community, most specifically those dealing with cancer.
Established in 2013, The Splashpaw Foundation has helped over 400 pets within Cabarrus and Rowan Counties so far. Each case benefited by Splashpaw is veterinarian referred, to ensure your donation is spent wisely and helps a good candidate with a good prognosis. Without The Splashpaw Foundation, these pets would have an uncertain future due to the families’ inability to afford the unexpected vet bills. Thanks to generous donations and fundraising events throughout the year, we are able to save the lives of these important family members when ends just won’t meet.
The main feature of Bark and Brew is the runway show where a member of the community will walk their pet or a pet available for adoption down the red carpet so they can strut their stuff.
Our Bark and Brew Red Carpet Runway Show will be our largest fundraising event this year. We are asking for your support for The Splashpaw Foundation and hope you can join us at The City Club at Gibson Mill on Sunday August 24, 2025.
